New feature: Update notification

We included a new feature on this site: Receive an email when there are changes to this site. Your email address will only be used for notifications about changes on this site, nothing else. Also some minor changes to the menu on the right happened.

    i check your contest report.We worked as OL9W.Im sure to made qso with yours stn. on 70cm at 23:55ut with NR 190.Why we aren´t in contest summary in TOP TEN ??
    We cfm qso also on on4kst…i could find it!
